1) Open favourites manager
In SmartFTP, go to the "Favorites" menu, and select "Edit Favorites".
2) Create a new favourite
Right-click in the right-hand frame of the favourites manager, and choose "New", then "Favorite".
3) Favourite Properties
Select "FTP over SSL Explicit" as the protocol for maximum security. (If you are behind a firewall and/or NAT then an encrypted connection may not be possible. If this is the case, use "Normal FTP" instead.)Enter "web.keystroke-hosting.co.uk" as the host and "21" as the port.
Select "Username & Password" as the login type, and enter your FTP username and password.
