It assumes that you have already installed the program, but have done nothing more.

1) Open site manager
In FileZilla, go to the "File" menu, and select "Site Manager".
2) Create a new site
Click on the "New Site" button and type a name when prompted.
3) Site settings
Enter "web.keystroke-hosting.co.uk" as the host and "21" as the port.Select "FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL" as the server type for maximum security. (If you are behind a firewall and/or NAT then an encrypted connection may not be possible. If this is the case, use "FTP - File Transfer Protocol" instead.)
Select "Normal" as the logon type, and enter your FTP username and password.
