What hostnames can I use to access my website?
By default we configure our server to accept both "http://example.com/" and "http://www.example.com/".
What scripting languages do you support?
The only scripting language we support is PHP5.
Do you offer SSL-secured hosting?
Yes, for an additional cost we can offer either dedicated SSL (eg. https://secure.example.com/), or shared SSL (eg. https://example.ssl.keystroke-hosting.co.uk/).
We are also able to supply the SSL certificates required for this.
How do I manage my hosting account?
Our client area features the ability to manage some features of your account.
How much storage space does each account get?
The default quota for a hosting account is 250MB. We have found this to be more than enough for most websites.
What happens if I reach my quota?
If you fill your quota, you will either need to delete some content or purchase more space.
