What SSL support do you offer for FTP?
We offer explicit SSL support only (otherwise known as AUTH SSL/AUTH TLS).
What FTP client do you recommend?
FileZilla is completely free to download and use, even for commercial use.
What is the hostname of your FTP server?
Our FTP server is hosted on our webserver, therefore the hostname is web.keystroke-hosting.co.uk.
You must use this exact hostname if using SSL, else you will get certificate errors when you connect.
